In order to prevent short selling this stock, I have decided to sell my shares now and make our investors whole by paying them directly. I will do this by going into the transaction history of this stock, adding up the investments from each investor who still has shares, and then paying those investors for their losses. As a reminder, the failure of this stock was a technological limitation of the Manifold platform, not a problem with our company.

TL;DR Our company was so rich that this stock stopped allowing us to buy shares. As a result, we have shut it down and paid out all investors.

 We will be moving to a new system that empowers our shareholders much, much more than this stock ever could.
