• A new model name

• Data center

• Institute

• Chip, (model or chip) architecture, hardware, other technology

• Other important Things (ask for clarification)

Exceptions that would not be sufficient to resolve YES would be joint projects with federal government involvement, funding, organizations with federal government appointed members or overseers.

Extracting Things from Trump in return isn't necessary to resoove YES.

All companies that haven't named something in such a way resolve NO at the market close date.
