When it was Tatum 95%, I wanted to buy Jaylen up to like 25% but I was worried the news had already broken and ppl knew it was Tatum already...

Yeah, the sportsbooks had him as a pretty big favorite as well. Fairly rare that you see awards upsets like that. Well deserved though imo

I was going thru the latest feed on twitter with the search "Finals MVP" and like 90% of comments were like "Tatum stat-padding, Jaylen should get it" or "Tatum's gonna get it and that sucks" or whatever. I guess the voters were of the same mind. It's not like the MVP voters were just mindlessly looking at counting stats.

I think Tatum was a bit better offensively but Jaylen guarded the point of attack better than anybody Luka saw in the first three rounds which was just massive all series.
