For two days in a row now, users have received double their daily loan payout.

Furthermore, the corresponding liability that would have users pay back this mana when markets resolve has not been created, such that the extra payment counts as profit for now (and will continue to, unless admins reverse it). This appears to have happened for all users.

This market will resolve YES if this happens again after market creation and before November 6th, Pacific time. I'll still resolve YES even if some users appear to be unaffected.

Other unrelated reasons for double loan payments won't count, it has to look like it's the same issue as we've seen the past two days. For example, a doubling of the loan percentage rate or an intentional additional payout to make up for a past skipped loan payment won't count.
