@BTE makes a lot of markets, but has made substantial losses in recent months, hindering his ability to create more.
Will Manifold do anything that alleviates the situation?
This could include:
giving him mana
loaning him mana
making market creation free for him (or everyone)
making market creation not free, but still allowed if you have negative balance (for @BTE or for everyone)
Or basically anything else that was done by Manifold with the intent and effect* of allowing @BTE to continue creating markets despite his trading losses.
(* resolution won't wait to see if it the effect is as intended, but it should be plausible that it will be)
This will be interpreted very broadly. Changes to Manifold as a whole that allow everyone to create markets more easily, that were plausibly prompted by wanting @BTE to be able to do so, will count. "Without any mana" in the title isn't literal, since giving him mana will count. Even banning him from trading so that he can't make further losses, if that's what puts him and keeps him in positive balance, will count.
Resolves YES if this happens before close, NO if it doesn't, including for reasons of it becoming unnecessary due to @BTE becoming profitable (or someone else giving him mana, or anything).
I won't bet on this market in case it requires a judgement call.
