On Nov 18th, local time in Texas, the second Starship–Super Heavy Integrated Flight test ended in the loss of both stages of the vehicle.
This precipitated a "mishap investigation" by the FAA, prior to the conclusion of which, Starship–Super Heavy is grounded.
(note that SpaceX is not yet licensed to conduct further launches in any case, so the mishap isn't the only thing keeping Starship–Super Heavy on the ground)
This market will resolve YES for the date on which the FAA concludes its mishap investigation for the second test flight, YES for all later dates, and NO for all earlier dates. Close date will be extended as needed and further dates may be added based on vibes and rumours.
The FAA will likely publish a media release stating it has closed the investigation, as it did for the first flight's mishap investigation. If so, I'll resolve based on its publication date (which will likely be in US eastern time). If it doesn't, I'll resolve based on reliable reports from the media or journalists. In either case for consistency I'll attempt to determine the date in US eastern time on which the FAA closed the investigation.
The outcome of the mishap investigation may reveal the cause of the failure of the first stage and thus help determine if/how the following two markets should resolve:
