Resolved yes if we start receiving science and engineering data.
Resolves NO if the voyager team accepts defeat and stops trying to fix the problem.
Edit May24- two of four instruments are now reporting data. My title asks the question will the problems be fixed? Because some problems still exist I am not going to resolve this yet.
