Resolves YES if the number of tweets with arxiv links AND >100 likes (query here: https://twitter.com/search?q=arxiv.org%2Fabs%2F%20min_faves%3A100&src=typed_query&f=live) declines by more than 50% by the end of 2023.

In the last 2 weeks (in November 2022), there have been 79 such tweets. So, tentative criteria is whether there are >=40 tweets fitting this criteria between November 1 and November 14th.

Also resolves YES if Twitter is shut down.

If resolution is ambiguous (i.e. the week is unusually active/inactive, or the number of papers is reasonably close), I'll compare a larger range of time.
