Wonjeong Seo (also known as Seo Won Jeong), who is apparently the 17th most-followed TikToker in the world, was in the 2023 Forbes 30 under 30 and arrested on December 12, 2023.

How do you define newsworthy? Some people are celebrities and DWI would make the news, but is perhaps not a major crime.

The list also has something like 600+ people per year.

@mec somewhat vibes-based but anything that typically results in imprisonment would definitely qualify. newsworthy would mean covered in more than one major news outlet.

if the answer is still unclear by market close, it may take a while to resolve lol
