Resolving rules

This market will resolve YES if the closing price of SPCX on Yahoo Finance for its first day of public trading is strictly greater than $135.00.

This market will resolve NO if the closing price of SPCX on Yahoo Finance for its first day of public trading is less than or equal to $135.00.

So:

• If the closing price is $135.01 or higher, this resolves YES.

• If the closing price is exactly $135.00, this resolves NO.

• If the closing price is below $135.00, this resolves NO.
  
  

The closing price means the regular-market closing price shown by Yahoo Finance, not the after-hours price.

I will use the closing price shown by Yahoo Finance for ticker SPCX.

After the first trading day ends, I will wait until the closing price is clearly available on Yahoo Finance and then resolve this market.

Edge cases

• If SpaceX begins public trading under a ticker other than SPCX, this market will resolve N/A.

• If SpaceX does not begin public trading under ticker SPCX before this market closes, this market will resolve N/A.
