Resolves YES if the United States is first or second on the medal table. Medal table is ranked by golds, then if tied, silvers, then if tied, bronzes, then if still tied, alphabetically (this is extremely rare).

Resolves NO otherwise.

In case of active disputed medals, this resolves based on the latest medal count as if all pending disputes would be rejected and the medals stay as they are at the time of the closing ceremony. (I will not wait through months of arbitration to resolve).
