I should note that my question title didn't call out that the total for ''Kamala Harris campaign and affiliated Democratic groups" should count for the resolution, and I was actually confused for a second whether this should actually resolve YES. But looking at the example article from July in the description, that one also calls it the "haul by Harris, the Democratic National Committee and affiliated entities". So I think the only fair resolution is YES here.
