Resolves Yes iff I get at least 8 hours of sleep for the next seven days and at least 9 for 3 of the next seven days.
Number of hours of sleep is counted based on when I start to try and sleep and when I get out of bed.
I may bet on this market but I will only buy (no selling) Yes
I will no longer trade in this market.

@bagelfan have you tried melatonin? it might make u sleep longer. i don't see the point to sleeping more than 8 hours though fwiw
@Bayesian I don't think getting good quality sleep is really an issue for me, it's more that I go to sleep too late doing other things
@bagelfan the benefit to melatonin is also that it makes you sleepy, so you just take it a little while before and you will be more inclined to put down what you are doing and go to bed.
@Bayesian why? did you read the criteria? user has to sleep 9 hours or more for the last three nights
Updates:
Day 3 was another 8 hours of sleep
how are you tracking sleep?
I have been looking at the clock before I go to sleep and after I wake up. I don't count when I actually start sleeping, just when I start trying to sleep since I have more control over that and I can't really time when I actually start sleeping. For waking up, I count it as when I get out of bed.
If you sleep 7 hours and 40 minutes, how many hours do you count?
As per the description, I am rounding down the number of hours (7.9 hours is not at least 8 hours). It would resolve No in that case.
Also, to assure everyone that the numbers I'm reporting are accurate, I will no longer trade in this market.
@bagelfan thanks for answering. I also think this makes YES criteria wayyyy easier than it would've been if you used a Fitbit or apple sleeping tracker or something. i'm yes gang baby, FOR YOUR HEALTH
