Resolution criteria

This market will resolve to YES if, on or before December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET, SpaceX or Elon Musk officially announces or implements a rebrand of SpaceXSI (SpaceX Super Intelligence) back to "SpaceXAI" as its primary corporate or divisional name.

Resolution will be determined by:

• Official public announcements from Elon Musk or SpaceX on X

• Corporate name updates on x.ai

• Standard reporting from major tech and financial news outlets confirming an official name change back to SpaceXAI

If SpaceXSI maintains its current branding or adopts a different name that is not "SpaceXAI" through December 31, 2026, this market will resolve to NO.

Background

In late September 2026, U.S. President Donald Trump signed Executive Order 14434 instructing executive agencies to use the terms "Super Intelligence" and "SI" in place of "Artificial Intelligence" and "AI". Following this directive, Elon Musk announced on October 4, 2026, that SpaceX's AI arm—previously created via the acquisition and rebranding of xAI into SpaceXAI—would change its name to SpaceXSI. By mid-October 2026, the organization updated its trademark filings, website, and public messaging to reflect SpaceXSI. This market tracks whether the division will revert to the "SpaceXAI" name before the end of 2026.
