Resolves YES if a country is disqualified from Eurovision Song Contest 2025, similar to what happened to The Netherlands and Joost Klein in 2024.
Resolves NO if all countries are allowed to perform in all televised contests including semi-finals and finals.
Countries withdrawing themselves (like Moldova this year) does not count.
