US Ground troops who are on active service in a military operation.
Did not believe it would come to this. We can add yet another "US military intervention" to the list.
I believe this has already happened:

@DanielFox9fff It says that they plan to do it, but it looks like the troops haven't been deployed yet.
@Agh Here are articles from Reuters and NYT: https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/us-says-thaad-anti-missile-system-is-in-place-israel-2024-10-21/
https://www.nytimes.com/2024/10/21/world/middleeast/israel-thaad-missile-defense.html
The US made a statement that it was sending a THAAD battery to Israel along with soldiers to operate it. They followed that up about a week later with another statement that the battery had arrived and been made operational, clearly implying that the soldiers they had sent were there too.
Is this not enough evidence?
@Agh FWIW, I spent some time looking at this earlier in the day and didn't write a comment because I got distracted. I tried to find any evidence that these 100 troops did or did not show up. I found roughly the same as what Daniel showed there. It seems like it should resolve Yes unless there is some technicality the creator is not here to tell us about.
