Yeah sorry. I was surprised too, Apple is really doing something wild with their chips. M1 Macbook Pro is 2302, M2 is 2594 and M3 is 3088, those are pretty significant generational improvements compared to Intel and AMD.

Single core benchmarks don't create much heat though, the M2 scores are about the same between the iPad and Mac, so it's not that surprising that desktop wouldn't give much advantage.

Why is Apple % so high? I am quite confused. Given how low % AMD is in the market share, I am betting more in that, even though I think it might be 50/50 Intel/AMD.
