Resolves YES if there is an EA Global Conference (EAG) on the East Coast of the United States in 2024.

The Center for Effective Altruism has announced EAGs in the Bay Area and London, but isn't certain whether there will be one in Boston:

We may also run an EA Global in Boston later in 2024, or perhaps a virtual event instead (or both). We’re planning to see how the upcoming Boston and EAGxVirtual events go before making a decision.

EAGx conferences and virtual EAGs will not cause a YES resolution. For the purposes of this question, the East Coast is defined as the following states (and DC), per Wikipedia:

The region is generally understood to include the U.S. states that border the Atlantic Ocean: Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Virginia, as well as the federal capital of Washington, D.C., and non-coastline states: Pennsylvania, Vermont, and West Virginia.
