Resolves YES if OpenAI officially communicates the total parameter count of GPT-4 by the end of 2023 (e.g. by 11:59PM PST on December 31, 2023). For the purpose of avoiding edge cases in judging, leaks will not count as announcements.

For clarification (and parity with https://manifold.markets/nmehndir/will-gpt4s-parameter-count-be-publi), two significant figures are necessary.

BTW -- I put a reminder in my calendar for Dec 31. I hope I will not forget to update this if and when an announcement is made, but at the very least I will be sure to resolve it at the end of the year.
