Okay the current statements from NSC / Omtzigt are rather vague but it seems like he will be their candidate to become PM, even if it is conditional and there might be other potential candidates. I will leave this question unresolved in case more information comes out but if this is the last thing we hear on the matter I will resolve it as Yes.

@MParedis I would argue that this is not (yet) announcing Omtzigt as "their candidate", but rather as "a candidate".
@Bart They haven't announced any other candidates, so I don't quite understand the distinction you're trying to make. Even if they did, I would argue that the question still resolves "YES". Otherwise the question would have had to specify: "their only candidate for PM".
@SamBogerd will have to adjudicate but, to me at least, this seems quite clear-cut!
