Fantastic work @chrisjbillington; I learned a thing or two about some prompting techniques and you also drew a few great logo candidates. We even have Manifold Devs buying YES after seeing your logo. Thanks for the effort.
@ElmerFudd I've sold so I have no stake either way now, but this was always going to be a subjective judgement of how close was good enough, where we would need to accept the creator's judgement.
@ElmerFudd I don't think it's good practice to enter a market with the intention of rules lawyering. Someone with a pre-existing stake could believably argue that they bought in with the assumption that, eg., the market would only resolve yes with a perfect match of the logo. Buying NO just to argue with the market's creator about their resolution feels like drama for drama's sake, and I feel like we could use less resolution drama in general.
But I don't speak for the community and others may feel differently.
@Frogswap Thank you, that seems like a very reasonable take, and also corroborates the impression I got from their comments elsewhere. Most of us (well, personal subjective take) could do with more technical and mindful discussions and less drama.
ChatGPT meta-prompt: "Paper crane, simplified svg drawing, white line drawing on navy background, favicon, scalable web icon, simple, straight lines, high DPI, modern corporate logo. Few lines. Facing left. Triangles"
Internal prompt generated by ChatGPT and presumably input to DALL-E 3: "SVG drawing of a paper crane with a modern touch, using only a few straight white lines and triangular shapes. The crane is oriented to the left and set on a deep navy background, making it a suitable corporate favicon."
@firstuserhere Slightly better

Meta-prompt: "SVG drawing of a paper crane made of simple straight white lines on a navy background. The crane is facing left and is composed of a few triangles. Designed as a high DPI modern corporate logo."
DALL-E 3 prompt: "Minimalist SVG drawing of a paper crane on a navy background. The crane, facing left, is designed using straight white lines forming sharp triangles, suitable for a modern corporate brand."
@ElmerFudd Either that or it's viewed from a slightly different angle. Imagine rotating the crane clockwise about the vertical axis, such that the left wing (currently the rightmost triangle) has its point to the left of the tail (currently the second triangle from the right).
I think it's pretty good, but how close is close enough is up to the market creator.
@chrisjbillington Good eye, but the crane from a different angle isn't what's in the logo
@chrisjbillington The relative proportions of the left wing and tail are also very different from those in the logo
@firstuserhere Getting pretty close! Struggling to tell it to user fewer lines and to make the wings triangular

@chrisjbillington
"simplified svg drawing of paper crane, white line drawing on navy background, favicon, scalable web icon, simple, straight lines."

@chrisjbillington hmmmmm
"White lines on navy background. Paper crane. Triangles. Paper crown. Triangles. Simple. Straight lines. Four points."

@chrisjbillington The first one looks quite promising so far. Here's what I get in midjourney v5 from the 3rd prompt
"White lines on navy background. Paper crane. Triangles. Paper crown. Triangles. Simple. Straight lines. Four points."

@chrisjbillington "Paper crane, simplified svg drawing, white line drawing on navy background, favicon, scalable web icon, simple, straight lines, high DPI, modern corporate logo. Few lines. Facing left. Triangles."

"Paper crane simplified outline. White straight lines, navy background. Minimal, favicon. Scalable web icon. Modern logo"

"Paper crane. Minimal outline. White straight lines on navy background. Clean, simple, elegant. Web icon, modern logo. Paper crane with straight, clean lines. Navy canvas with white crane. Minimalist design, favicon-ready. White lines forming a crane, navy backdrop. No fill, just lines. Scalable, modern, simple. Straight-lined paper crane on navy."

@chrisjbillington wow, quite nice. just to be clear, i won't resolve until i get access to it myself, even if any image qualifies, just to get a feel for whether the system is capable enough
@firstuserhere I am under the impression everyone should have access now - try here (login required): https://www.bing.com/create
@jskf Reasonably? If controversial, I will ask 4 people who dont hold a position in this market and resolve to consensus, or act as a tie breaker myself.
