After spending too much time on manifold during the Is levi hmys market, we decided to limit it, keep it in check. We've set fixed times daily for using it, and heavy mana penalties for using outside of the time zone.

Who will get the first penalty, MayMeta, or me?

@MayMeta The window is that long, outside of it, the person will have to pay a large sum as a fine. The actual usage is, for me at least, and for MayMeta too, a small fraction of the 2 hrs nowadays. I put mine at 30 mins a day.

May's newer. It's less of an unconscious habit but probably a stronger active compulsion (or so I tell myself)
