Purpose of the market:

I'm considering donating a significant portion of my profits by the end of the year. This could be anywhere between 100-300k mana.

I usually contribute to global health and development initivates under GWWC. My partner is a medical doctor in training; I am a machine learning engineer and take AI safety very seriously, so causes related to these topics would likely be appealing to me.

I don't have a high P(doom) in the short term but I think safety is still extremely important and worth working on.

Market mechanics:

I will give bounties for the charities you guys recommend and make a case for (yes, don't just say which charity, try to explain why this matters).

I will award the bounties regardless of whether I end up donating there.

I will cap the bounties to 200 mana each, as I'd rather donate the rest of the mana.

I may also incrementally keep increasing the bounty awarded if a particular cause keeps growing on me.
