Distance ran in 2023 is <50kms as a rough estimate. Last time I ran properly was in the starting of 2023, after recovering from an injury.
Combined distance ran in 2022 and 2023 was <100kms.
So, the priors are not great, but this is something I want to do and I feel much much better mentally after running than had i not ran at all. So, in 2024, I really want to give it a go. Make a habit out of it. Call it a new year's resolution.
