I will resolve based on the Metascore on April 12th (two weeks after release).
"Godzilla vs. Kong" (2021) has a Metascore of 59.
Thus, this market resolves YES if "Godzilla X Kong" has a Metascore of 60 or higher.

The Metascore is based on critics, not audiences.
I will use whatever precision is listed by Metacritic (typically an integer, no decimal, and ties resolve NO).
