Resolution criteria
This market resolves based on the outcome of a random number generation process performed by the user @FairlyRandom at market close. The random number, ranging from 1 to 15 inclusive, will correspond to one of the 15 options in the "Ultimate Rock Paper Scissors" game (where 1 = Gun, 2 = Lightning, and subsequent numbers correspond to the game's clockwise layout).
Any option that "beats" the randomly generated selection, according to the rules of the 15-gesture Ultimate Rock Paper Scissors game as shown in the image above, will resolve to YES.
The option that ties the randomly generated number will resolve to 50%.
Any option that is "beaten by" the randomly generated selection will resolve to NO.
To see if a choice beats another choice, just look which direction the arrow is pointing in. The choice being pointed to is the loser. For example, lightning beats gun because there is an arrow from lightning pointing to gun.
Bah! This is clearly a shameless attempt to piggyback off the roaring success of my widely acclaimed magnum opus, /TheAllMemeingEye/coughing-baby-vs-nuclear-bomb-vs-az, except reduced to pure random chance via fairlyrandom, outrageous! /s
