It is not a declared bot. It deceived others (specifically me here). Neither account had a clear indicator in the name or bio about the association between the two accounts. It is not allowed.

below is the alt policy from the current guidelines, which I think could be a little more detailed.

mememaker and marsmartian have been in the same markets and the former account has made significant managrams to the latter.

@jacksonpolack Additionally, the following trade was made on another market where the option was "A person with a second account" so I think we have an unreliable narrator here. Either this market gets resolved correctly or the accounts should be banned.

@10thOfficial Their bets in that market were in jest per their comments there. And they got that one resolved N/A, so no harm done.

Without definitive proof, they have no credibility. If proof is provided, then both accounts involved here should be banned.

You don't need definite proof to resolve a market. (You don't even need to stick with your explicit criteria! I once got rug pulled by a creator who changed the criteria in the title/description after they were met, and the Manifold staff ruled that legal because the creator, a non-native English speaker, had done it in good faith.)
