When will a crowdfunding campaign first raise one billion US dollars?

• it must raise USD directly, if it uses a different currency (including crypto) it doesn't count.

• If there's 20%+ inflation then the amount of dollars will be adjusted to September 1st 2023, otherwise, it won't be adjusted for inflation.

• It doesn't matter what the original funding goal was, as long as one billion USD have been pledged.

• The campaign can use equity crowdfunding and refund bonuses.

• If neccessary for resolution, the exact date of the campaign will be the time it reached one billion USD.
