Examples that would resolve YES:
Manifold adds an official way to withdraw mana as cash (possibly at a discount)
There is a secondary marketplace for mana which manifold explicitly condones or at least allows to continue
Either of the above but with some convoluted path to actually getting the money involving crypto or similar
Examples that would resolve NO:
There are isolated cases of people trading mana for cash, but it's not straightforward to do this without a lot of coordination
There is a convenient secondary market in mana but manifold is actively trying to stamp it out
I will resolve according to my judgement, please give me info in the comments

@WilliamHoward There are two officially-sanctioned ways: Donate it to charity, or use it to fund a Manifund project.
@IsaacKing Neither of these count as "converting to cash" in my eyes, although I wasn't aware of the manifund one. I meant it to mean that individual users could relatively easily turn mana into money for them to personally spend.
It's possible you could do it via a Manifund project but I think that would fall into this category:
There are isolated cases of people trading mana for cash, but it's not straightforward to do this without a lot of coordination
