Bir Tawil is the world last unclaimed land (excluding Antarctica) between Egypt and Sudan. This would help make sure that no refugees are in Egypt, while also moving them from Gaza. Water and aid/tents would be provided by UN. The timeline is until both the current wars in Gaza and Sudan finish.
