FIDE Grand Swiss is a premier chess tournament. It takes place between September 4 and 15 and it is an 11-round Swiss tournament with classical time control. Top 2 players qualify for next Candidates.

If there is a tie at the end, there is no play-off. The winner is determined by the highest average ratings of opponents (full tiebreak rules - https://handbook.fide.com/files/handbook/Regulations_for_the_FIDE_Grand_Swiss_2025.pdf).
