Resolution will be the 2025 edition of the annual ADL Online Hate and Harassment survey, presumably to be released in late June 2025. Measurement will be determined by the "Reported harassment on platform" figure divided by the "Platform usage" figure. The 2024 numbers (formatted as "[Platform name]: [Reported harassment] / [Platform usage] = [Rate]") were as follows:

Youtube: 19% / 96% = 20%

Facebook: 61% / 88% = 69%

Instagram: 25% / 77% = 32%

TikTok: 18% / 66% = 27%

X / Twitter: 27% / 65% = 42%

Snapchat: 17% / 61% = 28%

Reddit: 9% / 59% = 15%

Whatsapp: 25% / 51% = 49%

Discord: 10% / 48% = 21%

Telegram: 13% / 45% = 29%

Twitch: 7% / 41% = 17%

Platforms that receive the same results (neither an increase nor decrease in harassment) will be resolved No.
