The loan must be willingly accepted by Tumbles. If one of these accounts signals they are interested I will give them a specific offer, but generally a loan due in January along with a big interest fee would be easy to agree to.

The loan must be between Ṁ100,000 and Ṁ300,000.

Market resolves NO at scheduled close date if no such loan has occurred.
