Resolves NA if a non-Republican wins the 2028 election, or if there is no election.
Resolves YES or NO some time after 2028, 2032 at the latest.
Note that this is about being a worse president, not a worse person. I believe that Trump has been incredibly destructive, but that he could be even worse if he was competent.
Tumbles won't bet on this market.
