Medical cannabis was made legal at the federal level in 2016 following amendments parliament made to the Narcotic Drugs Act 1967, but recreational cannabis remained illegal. If parliament passes legislation that has the effect of legalizing recreational cannabis at the federal level before January 1st, 2025, then this market will resolve to YES.
