Considering different variables, I believe there is around a 40 to 45% chance of France winning. The variables I took into account were home advantage, performance in previous matches, physical form of the players during the last five matches, team ranking, injuries, suspensions, playing style, general strength and weaknesses of each team, head-to-head results of the two teams and the weather today. I tried to do a Monte Carlo simulation with a number of simulations high enough to be representative.
