This resolves YES if Donald Trump resigns voluntarily at any point before his 2nd term ends. It will count as long as his removal from office is due to him stepping down early, even if it appears he's under significant political pressure to do so or if it is evident that he would be removed anyway. The only President who has ever resigned is Nixon.
