I'm trying to use some futarchy to start a dog run.

What actions will/should I take to make a dog run in my neighborhood happen, or at least feel like I didn't waste time attempting it. I will try to do things that are on the top of the list as I have time. I also reserve the right to N/A anything that I'm not going to do, can't do.

So if the original, linked market resolves YES, everything I attempted here will resolve YES. If this resolves NO, anything I attempted will resolve NO. . . I think that makes sense.
