After thoroughly reviewing the UAF study I decided to resolve the question as partial (60%) yes. The fall of WTC 7 is unique world-wide and most solid part of the conspiracy.

@dgga There's a mountain of evidence for the controlled demolition hypothesis from A&E for 9/11 truth and the study from UAF. Building 7 is just obvious because its symmetrical, straight down and in free-fall. So it goes against the laws of physics ...
