Resolution criteria

This market resolves to YES if Manchester City is officially expelled, disqualified, or relegated/demoted to a lower league as a direct sanction imposed by the Premier League, an independent commission, or an associated appeal/arbitration panel.

This market resolves to NO if

• Manchester City is sanctioned but not expelled, disqualified, or relegated as a direct disciplinary penalty (e.g., they only receive points deductions, transfer bans, suspended punishments, and/or financial fines).

• Manchester City is relegated to a lower division solely due to their on-pitch performance (i.e., finishing in the bottom three of the Premier League table).
