I made this same market for 2023, so why not see if it happens in 2024. Toby Fox has stated that it will likely be 3 and 4 that release together, and that Chapter 3 is done content-wise.
Resolves YES if Deltarune Chapter 3 releases before the end of July 2024 in Eastern Time. Does not depend on whether 4 and 5 come out at the same time.
