@Silksongisntreal what would you qualify as "increased prominence" compared to now? FRIEND was already in a mandatory cutscene in chapter 3. I would argue anything that isn't a line of dialogue or namedrop shouldn't make it resolve YES.

@AllTerrainXenomoth does W.D. Gaster appearing include the mystery man sprite? We still don’t know what Gaster looks like.

@Silksongisntreal If it's ambiguous, I'll resolve YES if there's an overwhelming consensus that it's him. If there's significant disagreement, I might resolve to 50/50. For example, if Gaster's Theme plays when the sprite appears, I think that would be enough evidence to create a consensus.
