The Fed rate is stated as range (eg. your link shows that the range is currently 5.00 to 5.25) unlike central banks like the Bank of England who state their interest rate as a single figure.

Assume they continue to use this kind of range, what will you be using to resolve this market?

@SimonGrayson Hm, not sure I think I would use the higher one then. Or is there a better measure?
