Resolution criteria

This market resolves based on the official winner of the 2026 Ohio Attorney General general election held on November 3, 2026.

The primary resolution source will be the certified election results published by the Ohio Secretary of State. If the race is called by major news networks (e.g., AP) and uncontested, the market may resolve prior to final state certification. In the event of a mandatory recount or legal challenge, resolution will wait until the recount is completed or the results are officially certified.
