@Jack1 It's whether you can change gender on a piece of ID that you're allowed to use as your actual ID to go around and show people, without having to get Official Lengthy Approval from a doctor or some harder obstacle. New Zealand currently has it, and indeed I would have counted it as having it since 2012; this would resolve YES if the law stayed the same until 2033.
