The 127th Army–Navy Game is scheduled for Saturday, December 12, 2026 at MetLife Stadium (East Rutherford, New Jersey). Trump attended the game in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2024 and 2025, and in March 2026 signed an executive order giving the game an exclusive TV window.

Each answer resolves independently. An answer resolves YES if that person is at MetLife Stadium in person on game day (pregame, the game itself, or the halftime/locker-room visits all count), as shown by any of:

  • reporting from AP, Reuters, NYT, WSJ, Washington Post, CBS/ESPN or another major outlet,

  • a White House pool report or the White House schedule plus confirmation that the visit happened,

  • the person's own official account, or the CBS broadcast showing them there.

An answer resolves NO if no such evidence exists by December 14, 2026, 23:59 ET. Announced plans that are cancelled do not count; only actual attendance counts. A video message, phone call or watching from elsewhere does not count.

If the game is postponed past December 31, 2026 or moved out of MetLife Stadium, the answers resolve on attendance at the rescheduled/relocated game if it is played by December 31; otherwise N/A.

"Pete Hegseth" counts whether or not he is still Secretary of Defense on game day. The market closes at the scheduled kickoff (3:00 pm ET) so the in-game reporting decides it.

My rough numbers going in (every answer starts at 50%, so here's where I'd put them):

  • Trump ~75%. He's gone five of the last eight years, including 2024 and 2025, and he signed an executive order about this game in March. MetLife is about an hour from Bedminster. The main risks are a crisis or the midterm fallout keeping him off the road.

  • Hegseth ~45%. He went with Trump before, but there's a real chance he's out by then (Polymarket has him out by Dec 31 at about 46%).

  • Vance ~35%, Rubio ~25%. Both have joined Trump at big events, but neither goes every year.

  • Mikie Sherrill ~65%. She's a Naval Academy graduate and the governor of the host state, so turning up seems likely, though politics could get in the way.

  • Musk ~10%, Dana White ~20%.

What would change my mind: a White House schedule or pool report for that weekend, or reporting that Trump is staying in Florida.
