It seems unlikely that Apple will make any announcements, about launching a car before the end of 2023. While there have been rumors and speculations surrounding Apples car project, known as "Project Titan " for quite some time now the recent reports indicate that the car won't be available until at least 2026. Moreover these reports suggest that Apple has scaled down its plans for the vehicle by abandoning the proposed $120,000 price tag and discarding the idea of an autonomous vehicle without a steering wheel or pedals. Instead it is anticipated that the car will have a design, with limited self driving capabilities and come with a price tag under $100,000. Therefore, my bet is no, Apple will not announce the launch of a car by the end of 2023.

@Adithpai These are good insights, I would agree on that. According to numerous sources, including Reuters, Bloomberg, and other publications, Apple is unlikely to announce the launch of an automobile by the end of 2023. According to the most recent sources, Apple plans to introduce its self-driving car by 2026, with testing to begin in 2025. As of now, Apple does not have a partner for the car's manufacturing, and there is no solidified design, but the company is said to be aiming to finish the design by 2024. The project has had many delays and scope modifications, with the corporation pulling back its self-driving intentions and pushing the car's launch date to 2026.
