Afaik, there are three founders: SG, James, and Austin. If any of them, or any I've missed, leave the team for any reason AND forfeit or sell their shares this resolves YES.

If the sale is graduated over the long-term but guaranteed, such as by letting the company do a buyback over time or freezing the shares until an agreed future date of sale, that still qualifies. It's not "guaranteed" if the exiting founder is allowed agency over if, when, and how much to sell when they're no longer an active founder.

Resolves NO at the end of the year otherwise.
