It seems Biden announced Harris as his running mate a long time back and afaik there's no indication that he's likely to change it, despite speculation. If he does, I suppose I'll re-resolve, but for now I'll lock up those Biden answers.
Note that this doesn't resolve /Stralor/who-will-be-the-democratic-nominee-9d4a78f63ce1 , since the DNC hasn't happened and confirmed that ticket yet.
