Resolution criteria

This market resolves to YES if, before January 1st, 2027, content creator Daniel Lord (known online as "Hiding In My Room" or "HIMR") publicly announces or claims that he has "acquired," "had," "gotten," or "obtained" "cereal" (referring to his community's slang term for sexual intercourse/activity).

  • Sources of Truth: Public vlogs, livestreams, community posts, or messages from Daniel Lord's official platforms (such as his YouTube channels, Kick streams, Discord, or official social media). Verifiable secondary clips, screen recordings, or transcripts widely accepted by his tracking community (e.g., on the r/HIMRFAM2 subreddit) are acceptable forms of proof.

  • Slang Context: Because "cereal" is his documented slang for sex, any public claim by Daniel that he has "had cereal" with a partner (or "acquired" it) will trigger a YES resolution regardless of whether specific slang is used in describing the act.

  • Honesty/Retractions: If Daniel makes the claim but explicitly retracts it as a lie, joke, or clickbait within 24 hours of posting, it will not count. If he maintains the claim (even if the community heavily doubts its truthfulness), the market will resolve to YES based on his announcement.

  • If no such public announcement is made by January 1st, 2027, the market resolves to NO.

Background

Daniel Lord is a British-Malaysian vlogger and livestreamer who runs the channel Hiding In My Room (HIMR). Within his viewer base and the dedicated tracking subreddits r/HIMRFAM and r/HIMRFAM2 "cereal" is a well-known euphemism he historically adopted to refer to sex to bypass YouTube's demonetization filters. This market tracks whether he will publicly announce having "cereal" (or "acquiring" it) before the 2027 deadline.
